Celebrate the summer solstice by reconnecting to the light within!
Grab your mat, journal, favorite pens and colored pencils and join us for our Self-care Sunday of Summer as Selena Brown of Pramana Wellness leads us through a journey through the five senses and the seven major energetic centers of the body known as the chakras.
We will begin by centering through the senses of smell and taste then close our eyes and turn inward. From this introspective place of calm, we will write, sketch, and draw as we reflect on seven key aspects of our being: security, creativity, empowerment, love, expression, intuition, and connection.
Once we’ve planted the seeds of our goals for the season ahead, we will flow through a yoga sequence that will balance solar and lunar energies. As our practice comes to close, a final guided meditation will help us cultivate clear vision and leave us prepared to manifest abundance all summer long.
